My daughter was really struggling with time management and managing her stress levels. She’d get so worked up about her work load that she often couldn’t find a way to start her work and would then feel really bad about herself. This was an on-going struggle for several months, even though she’s incredibly academically gifted, she just couldn’t find a way to focus and put her best food forward. She started seeing Jill in her Junior year of high school and started with a few simple changes to her routine at first. She met with Jill regularly and soon I saw that she was not as upset about things and feeling a bit better. After a couple of months, she was more engaged and talking about some of the tools Jill suggested and putting them in place. She is now really dealing with her work load and stress levels in a healthy way and feels more positive than I’ve seen her in well over a year. I’m incredibly thankful to Jill who helped patiently guide and give the tools needed for my daughter to feel in control and better about the way she studies and balances school and life.
